Return policy

At GoldGauge.com (“we”, “us”, or “our”), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are happy to offer a return or exchange according to the terms outlined below. Please review our Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
We accept returns of products in new, unused, and resalable condition, subject to the following conditions:
Return Period: You may return most items within 30 days from the date of receipt. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging (if applicable).
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or the return is a result of our error.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
2. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective device, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for an exchange or provide you with a return label to send the item back to us at no additional cost.
Exchange Process: Contact us to request an exchange. We will help you arrange the exchange and send you a replacement if necessary.
Shipping Charges: If the exchange is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the exchange is for other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item, shipping error, or any other mistake on our part. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
